Desert Lily Vintage sells women's ready to wear and one-of-a-kind pieces created from vintage materials and linen. The vintage materials used to create these garments and accessories are minimum of 30 years and have been on countless journeys and adventures with their previous owners. Some wear and light discolouration are to be expected with all markings noted within the description.
At Desert Lily Vintage we will be happy to provide exchanges and refunds on purchases. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and within 30 days of the purchase date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Desert Lily Vintage will not cover the cost of return postage or items damaged by postage and refunds are covered through PayPal.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
