Shipping and Delivery Policy

As Desert Lily Vintage is a made to order fashion label all purchases are sent within a 3-week window since the purchase date.  As we are a regional fashion label all our shipping is only through Australia Post (this included Express and International shipping)

Packaging

As a sustainable brand we want to cut out all the unnecessary brand packaging and plastic. Therefore, all of your garments are wrapped with tissue paper and placed within 100% plant-based biodegradable compostable mailers (don't worry we have still kept the special gift inside each purchase).

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we sure do.

Shipping is calculated using the Australian Post shipping services, however if you spend over $150 shipping will be FREE and will be applied to your shopping cart at checkout. The items will be posted via registered post as to ensure your purchase gets to you in the same condition it leaves the shop. Please allow for up to 10 business days for delivery, unless notified otherwise.

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, we sure do.

At the checkout, you can select Express Post and that will be calculated at checkout. Please note there will still be a 1 – 3 week turn around on creating your garment so if you would like a rush on your purchase, please reach out to us via email sara@desertlilyvintage.com.

Please note we cannot refund the postage cost if Australia Post does not deliver within this timeframe.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES, we sure do.

For all international buyers shipping fees are calculated via location and through the guidance of Australia Post. If you spend over $250 shipping will be FREE. Please note Desert Lily Vintage will not be liable for unreceived parcels once they have been dispatched.

How do I track my purchase?

Once your purchase has been sent, you’ll receive an email notification with the Australia Post tracking number, and you will be able to follow your purchase with the link below:

When will my purchase arrive?

Currently Australia Post shipping delivery service is within 7 days of postage within Australia domestically. However, these dates are only an estimate so please check for a more accurate time with the link above. Opps, I put in the wrong delivery address.

No problems we have time, send us an email at sara@desertlilyvintage.com with your purchase information and we will add the new delivery address to your order.

My parcel did not arrive.

If you have not received your parcel within 30 days (in Australia), please let us know via sara@desertlilyvintage.com

For international orders, please allow up to 60 days.
